We have consistently created furniture that is beautiful, uniquely supports people's lifestyles, stands the test of time, has a global perspective, is environmentally friendly, takes cost-effectiveness into consideration, and satisfies the heart of the user.

In 2025, AD CORE DEVISE will mark 40 years since its launch as a furniture brand. We have always held the universal policy of "furniture is art," "timeless design," "commitment to domestic production in Japan," and "environmentally friendly manufacturing." We will continue to create designs that are considerate of people and bring beauty and mental stability to spaces by incorporating these policies into usability.

About product

A long-lasting product is not just about good design. It also needs to be comfortable and durable enough to be used for a long time. The ergonomically designed modules are suited to modern Japanese people, and you can check how comfortable they are to sit on.

Our company started out as a manufacturer of commercial furniture for professional use, such as cafes and restaurants. Professional furniture is used extremely frequently and for long periods of time, so it needs to be strong enough to withstand such use. We conduct strength tests in accordance with the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) at industrial testing facilities, and only sell products that pass the tests.
However, a rugged design that looks strong is pointless. A chair that looks delicate but is actually strong must be strong to look beautiful.

A design that transcends the centuries

With industrial products, as new products are born, old products are discontinued at the same time. However, furniture, like architecture, spends a long time with people. Therefore, just like architecture and housing, it must have the strength and quality to be able to be used for 10 or 20 years. Furthermore, design is also a part of quality, and if it is not an attractive design that will not fade even after 10, 20, or 30 years, it will not be able to last.

When we were founded in 1985, our goal was to create "furniture that can be produced into the 21st century, designs that transcend the ages." High design quality does not mean eccentric or cutting-edge design. When planning product designs, we aim to ensure that they will still look fresh 10 years from now, and that they will not look outdated even when present in the space of the time. Our aim is to create something simple and stylish, something that seems to be everywhere but is nowhere else, and a design that is unique to adcore.

Sustainable Initiatives

Consideration for the environment is not just a part of manufacturing. It has become recognized as part of product performance. We are committed to carbon neutrality, sustainable initiatives, and the SDGs. We believe that even a small company like ours should continue to work towards this goal for the sake of our children's future.

Since 2020, we have eliminated petroleum-derived materials from all product packaging (some recycled materials are used), and as part of our efforts to become carbon neutral from 2022, we have replaced much of the imported lauan plywood used in sofa construction with domestic cedar and cypress softwood plywood. We have also replaced thin plywood with recycled cardboard, and the cushioning material often used in sofas is primarily made from recycled chip urethane, known as rebonded foam.
