The Story of Jean Valjean

AD CORE DEVISE DESIGN BLOG Vol.3
Occasionally, I hear musical vocals coming from the FM radio station at work. It's the soundtrack from the movie "Les Miserables," which is currently in theaters. Since most channels play Western rock and pop music, it sounds fresh.

When I was younger, I remember reading the five-volume epic in no time. I heard that it was being made into a movie for the first time in 14 years, so I went to see it at the theater.
This is a musical film, and a notable feature is that the songs actually sung during the performance are included on the soundtrack. In most cases, the singing is recorded in a studio separately from the acting. Singing ability is required during the film, and you can't expect much in the way of sound effects or editing. This may be the case in stage musicals, but I think it's unprecedented in films. However, all the actors gave fantastic performances and sang wonderfully (I was particularly moved by Anne Hathaway's singing).
Although it felt a little lacking compared to the original, it is a masterpiece of nearly three hours.
