2025 New Year's West Coast Architecture Report Vol. 28
This is the second installment of our West Coast architecture report, which Creative Director Seto covered in May 2024. This is the final chapter of our West Coast architecture report, in which we cover open houses of high-end homes as a real estate agent.
We will introduce two American homes in the Bel Air area and Beverly Hills, as well as interior design shops and Case Study House #21. Come 2025 and experience the latest in American high-end architecture and American style.
This time, the seminar will be held in person at each of the AD CORE DEVISE showrooms. This marks the revival of the in-person seminars that were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will be the first seminar in Tokyo to be held at the Shin-Roppongi showroom. We look forward to your participation.

Osaka: Shinsaibashi Showroom (50 people capacity each): February 4th (Tuesday) 10:00 (additional sessions) 14:00
Nagoya: Sakae Showroom (Capacity 40 people each): February 6th (Thursday) 10:00, 14:00
