A-mode dining table
This dining table is designed to match the MD-101 dining chair. The simple combination of a square wooden top and two steel legs gives the table a strong presence and a light, sharp look.
The 50mm thick tabletop is available in two types of veneer, white ash veneer or white oak veneer, and nine colors to choose from. There are three widths available: 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2100mm, which can seat eight.
The legs, available in two colors, silver and vintage black, are made of 9mm thick steel plates, making for a strong table with minimal wobble. This 9mm thick steel plate is a thickness that is rarely used in furniture, and is used at the limit of the thickness at which steel can be bent.
The legs can be attached in four positions, allowing you to adjust the length depending on the number of people seated. For example, you can attach one side to an island-style kitchen so that one person can sit on that side, or you can place it next to a Japanese-style room and use that side as a chair.
