When professional clients such as interior designers, coordinators, and architectural firms propose spatial designs, we carefully listen to their visions and requests, and then propose the optimal furniture plan that harmonizes with each project. The spaces we work with range from public facilities such as airports and schools, offices, and restaurants, to private residences and model rooms.
The scope of work involves building trust and providing product information on a daily basis, and then handling the entire process from project-specific interviews, plan proposals, quotation submissions, contracts, order processing, and finally delivery, invoicing, and collection.

This position involves providing administrative support to sales staff who are responsible for proposing and selling our products, as well as general customer service support at the showroom. You will be responsible for both back-office support through desk work and customer service and proposals at the showroom.
Your main duties will include handling inquiries by phone and email, processing product orders, creating quotations and invoices, and managing customer information. You will also be involved in a wide range of other tasks, such as creating presentation materials for sales staff, arranging product samples and catalogs for customers, and supporting the operation of events such as seminars.
At the showroom, we provide customer service and make suggestions to professional designers, coordinators, and general customers who actually visit.

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from planning and designing original furniture designs to 2D and 3D CAD design work for custom orders, production coordination with partner factories, and quality control. It's a job that involves not only designing products on paper, but also overseeing the entire furniture-making process, from actual production to delivery.
My main responsibilities include planning and designing original products, designing custom-made furniture, and checking the quality and making improvements to existing products. Depending on the project, I may accompany sales staff to meetings with clients to confirm their requests and installation conditions, and then finalize the design. I may also be present at the site to ensure that the completed furniture is delivered and installed correctly.
In addition, you will be involved in all aspects of in-house design work, including event planning and management, image processing, POP displays, and the creation of various promotional materials.
