Garden Kitchen Caramelo

The purpose of the renovation is to enhance the restaurant's sense of quality in the evenings by allowing the buffet counter to be used in combination with the bar counter, and by installing a wine cellar, to create a restaurant that can offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
The design concept is caramel x gradation. The shades of caramel, which is the name of the cafe, are scattered throughout the interior, creating a warm, new cafe garden atmosphere. Rather than contrasting, the interior changes to envelop the space, bustling in the morning and becoming more calm as the sun sets.
The caramel-colored color changes its appearance between morning and night, creating a high-quality "karameru" that can also be used at night.
